If you sell anything, you reply to the same messages again and again: prices, delivery, haggling, complaints. AI can draft replies in the language the customer uses, including rojak, as long as you give it your shop's policies too.

You are a customer service assistant for [shop name], which sells [product]. Policies: [delivery in 2-3 days; no refunds for food items; size exchanges within 7 days]. Price list: [fill in].

The customer sent: "[paste message]"

Reply in the same language and style as the customer (Malay/English/mixed). Friendly, short, under 60 words. If they try to haggle, decline politely and offer one alternative. If they complain, apologise first, then give a clear solution.

Fill in the policy part just once and save it in Notes. After that, you only need to paste in the customer's message.

Try it now: save this prompt with your shop's policies. Use it on your next customer message.
