Don't describe your style: show 3 examples
The most effective technique for getting results that sound "like me": give 3 real examples, then ask for 10 more. Works for captions, emails, product descriptions, anything.
People try to describe their style to the AI: "relaxed but professional, with a bit of humour…" The AI guesses. The right way: show examples. This is called few-shot, and it beats a long description every time.
Here are 3 of my most successful captions:
1. "[example 1]"
2. "[example 2]"
3. "[example 3]"
Write 10 new captions for [product/topic] in the same style, length and tone. Don't repeat ideas that are already there.
The same goes for emails ("here are 3 of my emails, write a reply to this email in the same style"), product descriptions, and even WhatsApp messages.
