Excel formulas without memorising: describe your columns, get the formula

You don't need to know the formula names. Describe what's in each column and what you want to calculate. The AI gives you the formula, explains it, and fixes it when there's an error.

Excel formulas are a language. AI is fluent in it. You just need to describe your data clearly.

I use [Excel / Google Sheets]. Column A = invoice date, column B = customer name, column C = amount (RM), column D = payment date (blank if not paid yet). The data runs from row 2 to row 200.

Give me formulas for:
1. The total amount of unpaid invoices
2. The total amount of invoices more than 30 days overdue as of today
3. The number of invoices for each customer

Explain each formula in one simple sentence, and tell me what to change if my columns are different.

Got an error? Paste the error message and ask "why, and how do I fix it". It will fix it.

Try it now: take one file you calculate by hand every week. Describe its columns and ask for the formulas.
