Got an official government letter? Paste it and understand it in 30 seconds

Letters from LHDN (the tax office), the majlis daerah (local council), JPJ (road transport department) or KWSP (retirement savings fund) use official language that makes people put off acting. Snap or paste it, and ask the AI to explain it in simple words, with the deadline and the steps you need to take.

Official letters are written to be precise, not to be understood. Snap a photo with your phone (AI can read images) or paste the text:

This is an official letter I received from [agency]. Explain it in simple English:
1. What they want from me, in 2 sentences
2. The deadline, if there is one
3. Step by step, what I need to do, and the documents I need to prepare
4. What happens if I don't act
5. What I should ask if I call them

If any part of the letter is unclear, say "unclear". Do not guess. This is not legal or tax advice.

Then, if you need to reply: "Draft a formal reply letter in Bahasa Melayu (Malay), respectful tone, asking for [clarification / more time / a correction]."

Try it now: take one official letter you haven't acted on yet. Snap it, run the prompt, and put the deadline in your calendar.

Don't include your IC (identity card) number or full account numbers. Cover them with your finger when you snap. For official letters you need to write yourself: AI for Accounts Clerks & Admin.
